This Life Skills Programme is designed to help young people (like you!) build confidence, understand themselves better, and make choices that lead to a brighter, more positive future.
Whether you're thinking about your next steps in school, work, or just trying to figure things out, this program gives you real-life tools to help you feel more confident, think clearly, and deal with challenges in a healthy way.
We've created MYND to be practical, engaging, and full of energy. Each module is brought to life with short audio stories, cool animated videos, and characters you'll want to listen to. These stories and tools will help you believe that change is possible – not just for others, but for you.

You can work through the programme independently or with someone supporting you – a coach, mentor, teacher, or friend. You can stop and reflect anytime, making it work at your own pace.

Module 1: The Power to Change Starts with You
This intro module helps you believe that real change is possible – and personal. Through stories and characters, we explore how challenges can shape strength. You’ll discover two powerful tools (3Rs and 3Ds) and start building confidence in your ability to grow, change, and take control of your choices.

Module 2: Failure Isn’t the End – It’s the Start
Failure happens to everyone. This module shows how your future isn’t decided by your past or circumstances, but by your choices. Learn from real-life success stories, challenge your fear of failure, and start building self-trust and resilience for the road ahead.

Module 3: Stop Holding Yourself Back
We explore self-handicapping – when you hold back or make excuses to protect your ego. It might feel safer in the short term, but it can block progress. This module helps you recognise self-sabotage and replace it with responsibility, solutions, and a stronger mindset.

Module 4: Shortcuts vs. the Long Game
It’s tempting to chase instant rewards over long-term success – especially under pressure. This module helps you understand how thinking errors impact choices and shows you how to make better decisions, even when the future feels uncertain. The 3Ds return to help guide you.

Module 5: Choices That Change Everything
Your choices don’t just affect you – they shape your future and impact those around you. This module explores self-awareness, self-talk, and the concept of “choice points” – moments where you can pause, reflect, and shift direction. Learn how to make stronger, more mindful choices.

Module 6: Think First, Act Smart
Based on a famous experiment with kids and sweets, this module dives into self-control. You’ll explore three practical tools to improve your decision-making: weighing up choices, “if…then…” thinking, and practising new responses before you need them. It’s all about building mental strength.

Module 7: 7 Life Lessons from Eminem
Eminem’s story shows that even with no money, support, or clear future, success is possible through hard work and grit. This module shares seven key life lessons from his journey and proves that determination can carry you through even the toughest times.

Module 8: Show Up Strong – Inside and Out
This module focuses on how you present yourself and how you speak to yourself. Learn how to spot and shift negative self-talk, raise your personal standards, and deal with peer pressure. By changing your self-labels, you can build lasting self-respect and confidence.

Module 9: Turning Dreams Into Reality
You’ve got more skills than you might think. This module shares a 10-step success framework and real stories – like someone realising their business potential through lived experience. It’s about working hard, expecting setbacks, and realising your goals are within reach.

Module 10: Ready for the Real World
Life isn’t simple, and success doesn’t come easy. This final module prepares you for what’s ahead by highlighting 10 common obstacles – so you’re not caught off guard. You’ll walk away with the mindset, strategies, and resilience to stay strong and keep moving forward.
