If you are serious about performance and sport, this programme is just what you want. Learn the skills and techniques used by many performers that have reached No.1 in the world in their sport, alongside Olympic and medal-winning athletes. The programme contains modules on topics including:

  • Dealing with Pressure
  • Visualisation Self-Talk
  • Developing mental toughness

POSITIVITY & HAPPINESS

This programme will help develop your sense of well-being and general life satisfaction by helping you develop a more realistically happier and grateful outlook on life, whatever your current situation. Modules include:

  • Improving your happiness
  • Gratitude

YOUTH

This programme is being used by the Metropolitan Police in their Divert project for young people. Modules include:

  • Self-Sabotaging behaviour
  • Dealing with Failure
  • Making it happen
