The MYND Respect Programme helps young people explore one of the most fundamental aspects of human connection – Respect.

From how we view ourselves to how we treat others in our lives and communities, these four interactive modules give young people a deeper understanding of Respect, how to earn it, how to keep it, and why it matters – now more than ever.

Respect is more than good manners or doing what you’re told = it’s about how you carry yourself, treat others, and shape your world.

Through a mix of real-life stories, engaging discussions, and reflective exercises, participants explore the three core elements of Respect:

  • Self-Respect
  • Respect in Relationships
  • Respect for Others and the Wider World

Each module brings powerful insights and practical tools that young people can use immediately — at home, in school, and in life.

How Long Is the Course?

The Respect Programme includes four powerful, coach-led modules. Each module takes 45–60 minutes and contains built-in reflection, activities, and discussions.
We recommend completing one module per week, giving you time to reflect, apply, and discuss what you’ve learned. The entire course can be delivered in this format across 4–5 weeks.

For a more intensive experience, the course can be completed in 2–3 days with focused delivery – but we always recommend leaving space for discussion and personal growth.

Suggestions for Delivery:

  • Pair each module with a group discussion or coaching session
  • Use real-life case studies or news stories to explore how Respect is shown (or not shown)
  • Add a reflection journal activity at the end of each session
  • Include student-led presentations or creative work (videos, posters, spoken word pieces) on what Respect means to them
