RESPECT
Four animated modules that help young people explore one of the most fundamental aspects of human connection — from how we view ourselves to how we treat others in our relationships and communities.
More than good manners. More than doing what you're told.
Respect is about how you carry yourself, treat others, and shape your world. Through real-life stories, engaging discussions, and reflective exercises, participants explore the three core dimensions:
Self-Respect
Building self-worth without comparing yourself to others. Handling criticism. Staying true to yourself under pressure.
Relationship Respect
Healthy vs toxic relationships. Communication. Boundaries. Knowing when to say no — and why listening matters.
Respect for Others
Challenging racism, sexism, and homophobia. Kindness that ripples outward. Being a positive role model.

This opening module lays the groundwork for the entire programme. Through thought-provoking questions and accessible stories, young people explore what respect means — not just admiration for celebrities or authority, but something more profound and universal.

- Explore the link between respect and human rights
- Understand that true respect goes beyond looks, money, or status
- Identify different viewpoints on whether respect is earned or lost
- Understand the meaning and value of respect
- Recognise how self-worth connects to being respected by others
- Build awareness of how respectful behaviour impacts others
This powerful module helps young people strengthen their sense of self-worth — a critical skill for anyone facing peer pressure, self-doubt, or social comparison. It shows that self-respect isn't about arrogance, but about being grounded, responsible, and proud of who you are.
